Inquiries are not reservations
Submitting the form or opening a prepared email does not reserve a vehicle. A rental is confirmed only when Capable replies with availability and both parties agree to the details.
Prices and availability
Displayed USD rates reproduce the published fleet pricing available during the audit. Vehicles, prices, deposits, pickup charges and extras remain subject to direct confirmation.
Rental agreement
The final rental agreement, not this website, controls payment, insurance, permitted drivers, vehicle use, fuel, damage, security deposit, roadside help, return, cancellation and refund conditions.
Accurate information
Renters must provide accurate dates, contact details, licence information and arrival details, satisfy the published age and experience requirements and follow local law and the signed agreement.
Third-party activities
References to destinations, accommodation help, drivers or tour guides do not create a booking until the service and provider are confirmed in writing.
